Referred to for many years as Whidbey City, this plot of land at Bayview housed a lumber mill long before Oak Harbor developer Bob Sebo built this neighborhood shopping center in the early 1970s. Goosefoot purchased 9 acres within the complex from the Myers Group in 2005. While someone else now owns Sebo’s hardware store—an Island institution—Bob Sebo still owns the land underneath it.
