In the wake of COVID 19 and the Great Resignation, coupled with the rapid increase of digitalization over the last 2 decades that has deeply impacted employee expectations, employers are struggling to staff their small business. This session will explain some of the fundamental theories to support modern day recruitment and retention strategies, as well as why employees leave, why they stay, what they say they want and what you can do about it.Â
