All information in this lease application must be filled out to the best of your knowledge.
Completion of this application by the Tenant and acceptance of this application by Goosefoot Community Fund or its subsidiaries (a.k.a. the Landlord) does not oblige Landlord to approve the application.
This application will be approved or rejected usually within five (5) business days of being submitted. However, there is no obligation of Landlord to notify applicant unless the application is approved.
Qualifying applicants will need to pay fee for a background check.
If this application receives final approval by Landlord and terms are agreed upon, applicant must make the security deposit and sign the lease before the tenancy begins.
The information provided herein shall be kept confidential and will only be used by Landlord and its agents to determine whether or not to approve an application.
