Workshop

What Drives You? Defining Your Business Core Values

Understand how to outline your guiding principles and clearly define your culture. A shared set of core values will help you attract like-minded people and you’ll begin to weigh decisions based on those values.

Thursday, February 10 , 6-8pm
Front Room, Bayview Cash Store, 5603 Bayview Road, Langley

This class will introduce you to the process of defining your core business values and follows one of the vision components from Gino Wickman’s book, “Traction: Get a grip on Your Business.” Learn why establishing your values is critical to hiring, firing and recognizing employees. Your values can also serve as an external diagnostic when evaluating potential new clients, vendors or partners. As part of your brand, decisions can become much easier when you ask, “does this align with our core values?”

This will be a hands-on interactive virtual session. Using Miro (an online whiteboarding tool) we’ll have fun getting into the nitty gritty of ideas, brainstorming, and giving you the tools you need to begin your core value journey.
