Diane Baxter has always been drawn to the simple but complex beauty of the natural world. Organic matter—clay, rocks, dirt, wax, branches–are materials she uses to bring the interior landscapes of her mind and heart to life. Many of her pieces also tell stories, whether her own or those belonging to all of us.
